Viewing 3 posts - 1 through 3 (of 3 total) Author Posts February 24, 2022 at 3:40 am #2576 Ben ColdParticipant Hi, I have installed IAM on an Ubuntu 20 virtual machine following the following steps from the documentation https://docs.openiam.com/docs-4.2.0.9/installation/2-docker-installation but when accessing through the browser I get the following error: Proxy Failed The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server. The proxy server could not handle the request Reason: DNS lookup failure for: ui Do you know what could be due? Thanks. The UI is a big application and takes a while to start. I’ve seen it take anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes to start serving requests.
