DNS lookup failure for: ui

Hi, I have installed IAM on an Ubuntu 20 virtual machine following the following steps from the documentation https://docs.openiam.com/docs-4.2.0.9/installation/2-docker-installation
but when accessing through the browser I get the following error:
Proxy Failed

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: DNS lookup failure for: ui

Do you know what could be due?

Hi Ben,

The first thing that comes to mind, how long have you waited from starting OpenIAM to retry this? The UI is a big application and takes a while to start. I’ve seen it take anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes to start serving requests.
