    Hi Guys!

    I have an issue with html formatted emails sent to users. If user submits non english characters in any fileds during request creation (e.g. in <Reason for request> field) then approver will recieve <????> in corresponding fields of email.

    If message is not HTML – everything is good.

    Any ideas on how to fix it?
