ParticipantDear Community,
I’m very new to OPENIAM, and I’m struggling with setting up even basic things.
Based on the documentation I set up an ssh connection to a Linux server,
but when I test the connection at synchronization, I always get
“Test Synchronization failed” and “Can’t connect to target system” messages.
I deployed it on Docker Swarm, but when I check through all the docker logs I just
can’t find any meaningful information, that would point me in the right direction on what is the issue.
Could someone help me in which container and where shall I find the corresponding logs?Thank you!

KeymasterHi Tamas,
Sorry to hear that you are having problems. We can help you work through this. A couple of questions first:
a) Did you add the container to deployment? ie. if you do docker ps can you see this container
b) In the managed system dashboard, are you able to see an active configuration? If not, can you post your configuration (blank out anything sensitive)Lets make sure that you can connect before trying to synchonize.

ParticipantHi,
Thank you for your reply.
I have the following containers running:
openiamdocker/device-manager-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod

openiamdocker/synchronization-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-
openiamdocker/auth-manager-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/redis-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/email-manager-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/mariadb-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/workflow-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/groovy-manager-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/idm-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/reconciliation-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/ldap-connector-rabbitmq-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/rproxy-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/elasticsearch-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/vault-ce:alpine-4.2.0.7-prod
openiamdocker/esb-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prod
bitnami/etcd:3.3.13
openiamdocker/ui-ce:debian-4.2.0.7-prodMy problem is that, I checked through all the logs of those, but I could not find any log entries taht would explain the error message I receive.
Should there be an additional container for connecting to our Linux system? Or I’m just misunderstanding your question.Thank you for your help!
