    Greetings, I’m testing OpenIAM for AD Integration.

    After Installing OpenIAM everything works great but when I’m creating new users from the admin console I’m not recieving emails to complete de registration process.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi Angel
    You will need to set up the SMTP details to be able to send out emails. You can do this by updating the mail.properties file at:
    /usr/local/OpenIAM/data/openiam/conf

    Update the parameters and then restart your OpenIAM instance.

    Hi Ameet,

    I have followed above steps and after restarting Openiam mails are getting triggered.

    But AD remote connector logs are not getting updated. Users are created in Active Directory but showing as “PENDING_CREATE” in user identities.

    I have restarted connector services. please help me to fix this.

    Hi Ameet,
    I have the same issue, i cant send the emails despite the SMTP configuration. Outbound emails are not being sent and as a result users are not receiving any emails for the first login. kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so that it can be resolved
