    I have chaneg sql/ldap filetr query and now API response is success. But when i check in synchronization.out it shows

    INFO 117675 — [TaskExecutor-17] o.o.s.s.i.s.adapters.AbstractSrcAdapter : Value from jobsPullCount is 1
    2020-07-13 14:06:44.917 ERROR 117675 — [TaskExecutor-17] o.o.s.s.i.s.adapters.AbstractSrcAdapter : java.lang.NullPointerException

    API Response is success in idm.out

    Received RemoteConnector_1.SEARCH API response from connector: Response{status=SUCCESS, errorCode=null, errorText=’null’, responseValue=null, errorTokenList=null, stacktraceText=null}

    this is Ldap query : Get-ADGroup -LDAPFilter ‘(objectClass=group)’ -SearchBase ‘DC=xxxx,DC=com’

    Rest of the settings are default as in “Synchronization->AD group Example” and linked managed system to “AD Powershell managed system”

    Hi Ameet,

    I have followed above steps and after restarting Openiam mails are getting triggered.

    But AD remote connector logs are not getting updated. Users are created in Active Directory but showing as “PENDING_CREATE” in user identities.

    I have restarted connector services. please help me to fix this.

    Hi Team,

    I have successfully completed installation in new server and all services are running fine. Am trying to install active directory powershell configuration remote, while testing connection it throws error “None of the specified endpoints were reachable”. Rabbitmqhost= openiam installed server ip, username and password are root credetnials, port=5672 virtual host= openiam_connector.

    Additionally am unable to telnet 5672 port from connector installed server to openiam server . please suggest.
    Have choosen ADP connector queue name for connector installation.

    openiam version=4.1.11

    Please let me know if any pre-requisites(rabbitmq and Erlnag) to be installed prior to OpenIAM installation as nothing is mentioned in videos as well as in documentation.
